Just a note to add to my previous Winnipeg Folk Festival post. I’ve heard from two friends, as well as a more reputable Folk Fest organizer source that camping passes for this year’s festival are flying off the imaginary shelves. So if you’re pretty sure you want to go this year and camp, best be getting your “Festival” camping pass and tickets right away (I’m guessing that those are the ones going quickly, as opposed to the “Quiet” campground). No hedging, people!

By the by, I’d recommend getting your tickets straight from the Folk Festival Music Store in the Exchange if possible, to avoid the Ticketmaster crap.
